I popped into Sprocket Roasters after trying their cosmic coffee a few weeks ago at Starter Stories. Sadly, they don't have a cafe, but they have the most amazing staff and coffee! In the short time I was there, I had a great conversation and I learnt a few things about coffee. Their kindness and customer service was some of the best I have ever experienced. A real asset to Newcastle

We love Sprocket Roasters, not only for their embodiment of quality coffee experiences but also their unique and carbon conscious roasting. Did you know they have this incredible roasting machine that's one of a kind? If not, you should schedule a visit and chat to one of these stunning women to learn more and try some of their divine coffee. They also sell tea, hot chocolate and other fun things. We LOVE their coffee beans and regularly visit to ensure we never run out as this would be a tragedy, of course!

I purchased this coffee making course as a Christmas gift for my son in law and myself. I was thoroughly impressed. The instructor, Derrick is knowledgeable and patient, offering a comprehensive overview of coffee, brewing, coffee-making, coffees machines and their cleaning. Thanks to his guidance, I now feel confident in my ability to purchase a machine and brew delicious coffee at home. I highly recommend this course to anyone who appreciates coffee and wants to learn how to make exceptional coffee in the comfort of my own

First time here and definitely not the last! The place was bursting with fresh coffee smells and the person working there today, was fab! So friendly and very eager to help me with any questions I had, which was awesome! Love the set up in there, the best vibe I reckon!!! Highly recommend!!!!! I went with the FTO - Nicaragua today, it’s fantastic!

Great balance of theory and hands-on practice, with plenty of time on professional machines. I left feeling confident making café-quality coffee and would highly recommend this course to anyone wanting to learn or improve their skills

I’ve been making coffee for 30 years, I’ve worked for 5 Star hotels, bars, restaurants and owned/ran one of the oldest cafes in Newcastle. Sprocket coffee is one of the best I’ve had and am lucky to use now at my work. Home or work this is the choice, highly recommend
